Good PR, and far better than the attitude adopted by some forces of "you can't take pictures because it breaches the Terrorism Act/Data Protection Act/Local Town Clauses Act/Regulation of Railways Act/insert piece of legislation here (which probably does not apply)" when photographers are out taking pictures of street scenes.
